Malts – UK Maris Otter, Superior Pale Ale Malt, Carastan Crystal Malt
Hops – German Magnum, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe
Six weeks from start to finish, with six hop additions throughout process, including a dry-hopping process.
Ruby red grapefruit, with depth of malt backbone.
Beef, Steak, burgers, spicy foods like curry or all on it’s own as an appetizer.
